Our algorithm analyzes CloudWatch Metrics (CPU, Network, etc.) and metadata to identify unused resources like EC2 instances, RDS databases, and EBS volumes (and much more). It checks usage patterns and aggregate idle assets into a digest report.
We use encryption for all data, apply the Least Privilege Principle with Read-only IAM role on your AWS Account, and leverage AWS services like GuardDuty and CloudTrail to enhance security of the platform.
We support a wide range of AWS services, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, Bedrock, S3, Redshift clusters, Elastic IPs, EBS volumes, SageMaker, VPC Endpoints, Loadbalancers, Secrets Manager and IAM roles and Users.
Yes, you can add as many AWS accounts as needed. We encourage you to add all your AWS account to have the full picture of asset wastage.
On the Business plan, there is a limit of 20,000 cumulative assets scanned per month. While you can add unlimited AWS accounts, the total number of scanned assets across all accounts counts towards this limit. Each supported resource (like an EC2 instance, RDS database, or EBS volume) counts as one asset.
For paid plans, we provide a session (1H) to help set up the IAM role and connect your AWS organization. We offer personalized advice on cost-saving opportunities.
Our Enterprise Plan includes up to 6 yearly sessions with a FinOps expert, providing guidance on cost management and AWS resource optimization. (1h per session)
